We launched Ant’s first signature shoe by taking him back to where it all started—ATL.
We celebrated Ant’s Homecoming by tossing him the keys to a custom peach Lamborgini wrapped to look like his new AE1s. After doing some donuts on the court, AE stopped by his youth basketball camp to hype up the kids with the first look at the sneaker. Later at JJ’s Fish & Chicken, Ant caught up with Funny Marco to talk about hoops and his love for ATL.
Next, Ant went to his childhood home to pick up his Gramps before heading to his block party in Oakland City. He arrived to find a custom mural celebrating his family, food, games, and a surprise performance by the legendary Oakland City rapper, Lil Baby.
After Homecoming, we gave Ant an outdoor court dedicated to the AE1 in Atlanta and uploaded it as a playable court in NBA 2k24.
